Sky Cable is a consultant to developers, system operators, telcos and utilities. Our focus is FTTH deployments in conjunction with the DIRECTV® MFH3 technology. We work closely with AFL Telecommunications regarding FTTH and DIRECTV MFH3 and we are retained by many of AFL's clients.
Sky Cable does not charge a "consultancy fee". Instead, we rely upon the success of the developments which enables us to earn commissions from DIRECTV and which do not impact the lowest bulk purchasing prices.
Sky Cable commits to full disclosure to all pertinent parties whereby any concerns regarding lowest prices, hidden revenue streams, etc. are eliminated.
Acting as a consultant to the developer and system operator, and at the same time being responsible to DIRECTV to deploy successful systems, we are involved in the structuring of the business models associated with system operations, the Right of Entry Agreements, certain components of the HOA agreements and HOA bylaws and relationship agreements between the developer, development, HOA, system operator, etc. including any usage of public right of ways. All of these elements must be carefully crafted to mesh with the policies of DIRECTV.
Our mission is to structure a business foundation underlying a solid telecommunications system for the community that conforms to local, state and federal regulations including public right of way issues, exclusivity challenges and the policies of content providers. The end result of our involvement will bring state of the art services to the residents distinguishing the communities from competing developments, unsurpassed content, competitive values and reasonable profits to the equity owners of the telecommunications systems.
We have substantial depth of experience based upon successful longevity and successful developments. In this light any association with Sky Cable will lend creditability to your efforts. We will always be pleased to arrange for developers and system operators to tour one or more of our deployments and meet some of the developers we have worked with.
Presently we are working with more than 25 developments throughout the U.S. as a retained consultant whereby approximately 18,000 residents will benefit from our services and DIRECTV® content. Prior to this year we have designed and built systems that deliver DIRECTV to more than 25,000 subscribers.
